​​Clean cups are applied to the skin surface to lift the skin and superficial muscles using gentle suction. Suction strength is adjusted according to individual needs, therefore should be a pain-free, relaxing experience. This treatment leaves leaves temporary marks that resemble bruises, however, are different in that these are positive signs that indicate poorly circulating blood are brought up to the surface away from the site of injury. This allows more oxygenated blood to circulate freely, promote new blood vessel formation and stimulate healing.

Moxa is a heat therapy in which “moxa” plant materials are burnt near the skin surface to warm body. The patient may feel a flood of warmth radiating throughout the body from the area being treated.
It is used for arthritic pain, digestive problems and colds.
Gua Sha
A spoon or a Gua Sha tool is used to repeatedly rub/scrape the skin to relieve signs and  symptoms such as stiff neck and shoulders. Red spots (sha) may appear during when blood vessels underneath the skin are broken and waste products being released. These indicate toxins are cleared, showing the changes occuring in the underlying muscle tissues. Symptoms should noticeably decrease as Sha lessens.
